This section describes how our website handles the personal data of visitors to the site.

This information is provided pursuant to article 13 of Italian Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 - Personal Data Protection Code - to those accessing web pages.

This information is provided exclusively with respect to the website http://www.bosco-macchine.com and not any other sites visited using links.

This information is likewise based on Recommendation No. 2/2001 that the European Data Protection Working Party (the independent EU Advisory Body on Data Protection and Privacy established by Article 29 of Directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council), adopted on 17 May 2001 to identify certain minimum requirements regarding the collection of personal data online and, in particular, the nature of the information that data controllers are required to provide users when they connect to web pages, irrespective of the purpose, together with how and when such information needs to be provided.

The personal data of identified or identifiable persons may be processed following a visit to this site.

DATA PROCESSING PLACE

The data processing connected with the web services of this site is carried out at the aforementioned registered office of the company "Bosco S.r.L." solely by data processing staff. The data obtained by the web service may be communicated to the technical and other key partners that the Data Controller uses to provide the services requested by visitors to the site. The personal data provided by visitor users who submit requests for information to be sent to them (enquiries, answers to questions etc.) or other communications (orders) are only used to provide the service requested and are only communicated to third parties if necessary for said purpose.

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED

Web browsing data

During the course of their normal operations, the computer systems and software procedures used for operating this website acquire certain personal data that is transmitted as an intrinsic part of the internet communication protocols used.

This information is not collected to be associated with identified persons but could by its nature be processed in conjunction with data held by third parties to enable users to be identified.

This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used to connect to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of any resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the server response status code (successful, error etc) and other parameters regarding the user’s operating system and IT environment.

These data are solely used to obtain anonymous statistical information on use of the site and to verify that it is operating correctly, and the data are deleted immediately after processing. The data may be used to determine responsibility in the event of any unlawful use to the detriment of the site. Apart from in such cases, the web contact data are not currently held for more than six months.

Data provided voluntarily by user visitors

Personal data that is provided optionally, voluntarily and explicitly to access certain services, or to request information or submit orders to the addresses shown on the site will lead to the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, which is required to respond to their requests, together with any other personal data included in their messages.

Specific summarising information will gradually be shown or displayed on site pages used for providing special on-demand services.

This website uses cookies to personalise a visitor’s experience of the website itself. A cookie is a text file that is saved on the computer of the user of a web page. Data subjects may at any time obtain confirmation of whether or not their personal data are held and be informed of their content and source, check their accuracy and request that the data be supplemented, updated or corrected (article 7 of Italian Legislative Decree No. 196/2003).

In accordance with said article, data subjects may request that data processed in violation of the law be deleted, anonymised or made inaccessible, and to in any event object to the processing of their data for legitimate reasons.
